- Any refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the agreed/confirmation date.
- Please note that some types of refund(s) may take longer than the other due to the payment gateway system used to make the initial payment.

Acceptance Of Orders
The Company will only process orders via shop.meds2u.com.my for delivery to the countries listed on the checkout page. Any orders that are made to be delivered to countries that are not listed in the checkout page will not be processed.
Orders and payment acknowledgement will be validated before the order is being processed. Once customers’ order is being processed, a Delivery Order will be sent to customers via email. Our Order Confirmation brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
We accept all orders of products and services subject to availability and selected security checks.
We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery if the issuer of customers’ payment fails.
Available Of Products
If the online store products become temporarily unavailable, your order will be held until the product ordered is back in stock and will then deliver the product(s) to you accordingly. The Company has made every effort to ensure the availability of all products that are published on the website.
Products and Pricing
All product prices may change in line with Malaysia government, Customs and Excise and other legal interpretations issued by relevant authorities.
Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to outside Malaysia. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.
We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.
Guidance
To the extent that we are permitted by law to limit our liability to you in connection with any order, that liability will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant product(s).
Delivery
Customers’ orders will be dispatched depending on delivery type selected. Seven (7) working days are needed for those who used Logistics Services. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the set timeline, however, some delays are inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. If you would like to view the status of your order please visit ‘Order History’ in the ‘Customer Services’ section of the online store. If, after checking your Order History, you have any questions about the status of your order then please refer to our FAQ section.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct. shop.meds2u.com.my will not be responsible for any incorrect billing and shipping addresses.
We are authorised to share customers’ personal information with third parties used to fulfil your order or satisfy our obligations to you. Our delivery officer will not accept any payment. All products must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Cancellation/Return Policy
We have the right to cancel any orders made if customers fail our validation or security checks. If payment has been made, then customers will receive a full refund and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to confirm such refund to the e-mail address that customers provide in registration form.
There is no returning or cancellation of products once the order has been confirmed by customers.
